Subscription Terms

All subscriptions to The Negotiator Magazine are payable only by credit card in U S dollars at the rates in effect. Your subscription is valid for one year from date of subscription and entitles you to ten issues published in the months of February, March, April, May, June-July (Summer), August, September, October, November, and December-January (Winter). Your subscription will not automatically renew. You are responsible for keeping your subscription logon and password confidential. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your email address so we can continue to service your subscription without interruption.

Shipping Statement

At this time, The Negotiator Magazine does not sell products which require shipping.

Privacy and Use of Personal Information

The Negotiator Magazine uses the information you provide only to complete the subscription purchase. We only store information which is necessary for the administration and maintenance of your subscription log-on. You are responsible for maintaining your subscription log-on confidentiality.
We may collect the following personal information from you:

A refund to your credit card can be issued for up to 120 days following the purchase date. We will refund the unused portion of your payment from the date of our receipt of your request.
