Q: How often is a new issue published?
A: The Negotiator Magazine publishes ten issues per year in the months of February, March, April, May, June-July (Summer), August, September, October, November, and December-January (Winter).

Q: Is any content free?
A: The Negotiator Magazine has over 370 articles, most of which can be read for free. At this time, only new articles will be reserved for subscribers to view.

Q: How can I get a hard-copy of an article?
A: Many of the articles have a word document or PDF file which you may download and print. You will find a link to these downloadable documents at the begining of the article.

Subscriptions

Q: How do I become a subscriber?
A: The Negotiator Magazine currently offers two types of subscriptions; Individual and Multi-User. Visit the order center , select a subscription type, add it to your cart, go to checkout, enter information for Order Center Account, enter credit card information, and then submit payment. Watch for an email for confirmation of order which will contain a URL link to activate and register your subscription to The Negotiator Magazine. You will not be able to use your subscription until you activate it.

Q: Do you have a trial subscription to The Negotiator Magazine?
A: No, there is not a trial subscription. The Negotiator Magazine has many articles which are viewable without a subscription. If you find these articles interesting, then I am sure that you will find a one year subscription to The Negotiator Magazine worthwhile.

Q: How do I know an article is reserved for subscribers only?
A: Subscriber Content The subscriber content symbol designates that an article is reserved for subscribers.

Q: Can I get my subscription issue of The Negotiator Magazine mailed to me each month?
A: Each issue of The Negotiator Magazine is offered on-line only. This is the best means to deliver the content to the wide range of countries of the subscribers.

Q: What is a multi-user subscription and how does it work?
A: A Multi-User subscription is perfect for small teams, groups or classes. It allows one individual to purchase the subscription and then invite 5 other users to join or use this subscription. The purchaser is the administrator of this subscription. The administrator can remove team members, then invite new members. A total of 6 individual users will have their own username and password, and control of this information.

Q: Why do I have to create an account to purchase a subscription?
A: This is a feature that the e-commerce software offers, and it assures that your purchase will be processed securely and accurately.

Q: What will you do with my account information?
A: The Negotiator Magazine uses the information you provide only to complete the subscription purchase. We only store information which is necessary for the administration and maintenance of your subscription log-on. Your privacy is assured. We do not sell our subscriber list to any third parties.

Q: I created an account in the Order Center with my email and a password. Is this my subscription log in?
A: No. This is only the Order Center account, and is just for the purpose of processing your purchase. If you just create an Order Center Account, but do not purchase a subscription, you will not be able to read the articles reserved for subscribers only. After you complete your subscription purchase, you should receive an email with the confirmation of the purchase. IMPORTANT - On this email is a URL link to the Subscription Registration page. You will need to click this link or paste into your internet browser and it will take you to the registration/activation form. It is here that you will create your username and password for your subscription.

Q: Can I purchase a subscription with another form of payment than a credit card?
A: At this time, The Negotiator Magazine only accepts credit cards for the purchase of a subscription.

Q: My credit card was not accepted. What is the problem?
A: The most common cause for a purchase transaction to be declined, is a miss-match in the billing address. For your security, the billing address of the card holder must match the billing address which you provide. Check with your credit card provider to find the correct address. Other common errors which can cause a purchase to be declined are inaccurate/missing expiration date and inaccurate/missing CCV number.

Q: I purchased a subscription, but I am having trouble logging in to see articles. What is wrong?
A: Did you activate/register your subscription after the purchase? Make sure you have completed this step to create your SUBSCRIPTION username and password. If you have activated your subscription, and have checked your username and password, then perhaps it is a temporary problem with the web site host. Please let us know of problems which you may encounter at orders@negotiatormagazine.com.

Q: How do I activate my subscription after purchase?
A: After you complete your subscription purchase, you should receive an email with the confirmation of the purchase. IMPORTANT - On this email is a URL link to the Subscription Registration page. You will need to click this link or paste into your internet browser and it will take you to the registration/activation form. It is here that you will create your username and password for your subscription. For detailed instructions on how to complete this process, view this document .

Q: I forgot my username and password. Can you send them to me?
A: Please, please, please, write down your username and password in a private location and keep track of it. If you know your username, you may reset your own password from the menu by selecting My Account --> Lost Password. A temporary password will be sent to you. If you forgot your username, then contact orders@negotiatormagazine.com and after you answer your security question, we can reset your information.

Q: I got a new email address. How can I change it?
A: A subscriber may change their account information including a email address in User Maintenance. Log in to your subscription, then look for the User Maintenance icon user maintenance

Q: How can I tell that I am logged in?
A: After you log in, you get a greeting message, subscription expiration date, and last log on date. If you are logged in, then you will be able to see reserved content. You should also see the Sign Out and the User Maintenance icon above the menu bar.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A refund to your credit card can be issued for up to 120 days following the purchase date. We will refund the unused portion of your payment from the date of our receipt of your request.

Q: How do I know when my subscription will expire?
A: Log into your subscription. After you log in, you get a greeting message, subscription expiration date, and last log on date. You can also see this information at the User Maintenance page.

Q: Will my subscription automatically renew when it expires?
A: No. We will not automatically renew your subscription. We hope that you will return to the Order Center and purchase a new subscription.

Q: How do I use a discount coupon to purchase a subscription?
A: If you have a discount coupon, enter it into the discount coupon space on the payment information page. You will not see this until you have created an order center account and entered your name and address. If the coupon code is valid, you will see the discount applied in the next step, before the final submission of your order.
