The best general advice that I can give you is to be honest, upfront, and forthright. Go in with the attitude that the other party is entitled to make a profit and though they may lose money on a particular deal, donít belittle their right to make a profit. Your attitude will go a long way towards determining how you will be treated in return.

Remember, anything can be renegotiated with integrity if it is handled correctly.
