This magazine, for example, has published over 250 articles on negotiation read by management and leadership personnel throughout the world. We have included information about children and negotiation, but "effective" negotiation skills and knowledge is far beyond this single perspective.

In this reviewer's opinion, this is a book of interest to the negotiator, but only as one element in a far broader training core for "effective" management training in negotiation. In fact, the use of some of these tactics may end negotiations, destroy negotiator's reputations and blunt promising management careers. Although the author includes warnings of risks attendant to the use of some of these tactics, the reader needs to read far more than this book provides to appreciate them.

The book includes an index, but does not provide a bibliography.
